I have activated the stay in the loop feature on my Square website. How can I incentivize new customers to sign up by adding - signup and receive 10% off your first order? Also is there an option to add a pop-up for first-time users to direct them to the signup dialogue box?

Hi @osb001, thanks for writing in and welcome to the Seller Community.

You can definitely set this up.

Start by setting up a 'one time only' % based discount for new customers by creating a coupon on your Square Online Dashboard > Items > Coupons.

Please try following these instructions to create a coupon.

Once your discount is ready, in the subscription/stay in the loop section of your fo oter on your Square Online Dashboard you can add a confirmation message including the discount code which will display once your customer has inputted their email address.

The process will look like this for your customers:

Once this is ready you can go ahead and set up for pop-up box or banner to direct new customers to the sign up box. Go to the Square Online Overview page > Choose Website > Pop-ups > Follow the instructions in this article.
