Transferring domain to Squarespace - help to 'update the IPS tag'?!

Hello,

I am traying to transferring my .co.uk domain from Weebly/Square to my new site on squarespace. I haven't really a clue what I am doing, I have started the process on squarespace and the next step is for me to update the IPS tag with my current provider.

I have looked, searched, googled, and am not getting anywhere. Is anyone able to help!?
