How do I set up same day pick up times

I want to set up same day pick up time slots. I have set me site up so that orders can be collected from 5mins but if a customer would prefer to collect in 30mins how do I set up the time slot option to book this time for collection? I can see you can pre order for the next day at a given time slot but not the same day.

I'm not sure if this is a time zone thing (I'm in the UK) - but I see all the options at the checkout for collection?
