    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hoping someone can help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We offer in cafe dining but have a significant takeaway business. I would like to be able to activate sending a text message to a customer when their order is ready for collection without affecting my dining in set up? Does anyone know how I can do this or do I need to integrate another app?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is one of the things I'm trying to figure out too - currently there's no integrated way to do this within Square.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I pop the customers phone number in as the ticket name, then use Siri to send out a message when their order is ready "Hey Siri, text 07123456789 It's Pizza Time" &amp;amp; this works. Although it does bank on you having a separate work phone you can leave with the business when you're not there. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you are using Square Online to process online orders on a website, you can change the settings so that your customers receive a text message alert when their order is placed, ready for pickup, etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To enable this feature:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On the menu on the left-hand side of the page, click &lt;STRONG&gt;Communication &amp;gt; Email &amp;amp; Text Alerts.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
