Is it possible to connect my Virtual Receptionist service to the Square Terminal so they can take card payments over the phone?

Hey @Susan1301 - just had a little dig in the settings & think I've got this info right as tested it out 👍🏻

Yes, you can!

You'd need the 'Team Management' add on, but with that you can set different permissions for different team members. So you could set up a log in for the Reception company you use, they'd then be able to login to your Square account & only be able to see & do what you set for them. So when they login they would see their one custom version of your dash, and that can include the virtual terminal.
