Hi, I have an online bakery, clients order their cakes via the website. I have just moved my website across to Square. On my old website I had a tick box with a link to the Terms & Conditions, which was a required field, at checkout. So they had to accept the Terms & Conditions before finalising their online order.

Can I have this on Square at Checkout or is there a work around for it?

Hey @MuffinManFife, thanks for your post and welcome to the Seller Community 🙂

Having your Terms and Conditions displayed on your website with the checkbox would be a feature request for Square Online for the moment.

However, this is a workaround. You can do is add a navigation link to your footer and have the Terms & Conditions page live there. To do so:

1. Go to your Square Dashboard > Online Store

2. Click Website > Edit Site

3. Click Footer

4. Here, you can toggle the Navigation to blue. Since you don't want the link to be at the top menu bar, make sure to untick "Same as header navigation"

5. Click Customize Navigation

6. Add navigation link

7. Click Save and publish your site again
