&lt;P&gt;It is not currently possible to add employees to specific items. I think it's a good idea, though. I'll make sure to pass your feedback on to our product team for their consideration.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can, however, &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/6372-appointments-staff-profiles-vs-employee-permission-groups" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;associate specific services to certain staff members so that they can be bookable by your clients online&lt;/A&gt;. You can achieve this by creating staff profiles. &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/article/5350-your-staff-and-square-appointments#customize-staff-settings" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Staff profiles&lt;/A&gt; allow you to determine client-facing information — such as the services a staff member can perform, their display name, and hours of availability.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To access staff profiles:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Head to the Appointments dashboard &amp;gt; click on &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/appointments/staff" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Staff&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select an individual staff member or click &lt;STRONG&gt;Add Staff&lt;/STRONG&gt; to create a new profile.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Enter their contact info (email and phone number), location, and hours, as well as the &lt;STRONG&gt;services&lt;/STRONG&gt; they offer.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;From the staff profile, you can also choose one of three preset Team Permissions to streamline staff creation:&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Service Provider&lt;/STRONG&gt;: Allows staff member to manage their own calendar.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Front Desk&lt;/STRONG&gt;: Access to all staff calendars.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Manager&lt;/STRONG&gt;: Allows access to all calendars and account information. The manager role also allows staff members to sync their personal Google Calendar to Square Appointments.&lt;/LI&gt;
