Can I view pre-orders on SQUARE TERMINAL?

Hi there, looking to purchase a square terminal, however I wanted to know as my business takes pre-orders online via my site, can I see and print those orders as well as just taking payments for walk-ins too?

Hey @smashnslide, thanks for reaching out in the Community 🙂

Yes, through the Order Manager on your Square Terminal, you can view the order type, fulfilment status and view the details of online orders.

Via the Square Terminal you can:

- View Order Status

- Update Order Fulfilment and Payment Status

- View Order Type

- Add Tracking Info to an Order

- Cancel Order

Do you know if I can have more than 20 items in the 'Favourites' as I'm limited to 20 on the POS via the mobile phone app

20 is the maximum amount for the Favourites grid at the moment @smashnslide, sorry.

It is a feature request to add more though so if there are any updates on that in future, I'll update you here.

The quickest workaround would be using the search function at the top of the Library page.
