1 Account multiple users ?

Hi,

I have tried looking for this and cannot see anything, if I have 10 staff that can all take payments can they all simultaneously log into 1 account and take payments ?

Is there a limit on how many can log in and can this be done by adding 1 user (with multiple people logging in) as well as by doing it with the master account ?

It sounds like the Team Management tool will be best for you. You can add each of your team members to your account and set up permission with restricted access or full access. Your staff can have a personal login and can take payments simultaneously. All the payments will go into your account and will be visible in Transactions in real-time. We do not recommend sharing login credentials with your staff due to account security reasons. To learn more, please visit our Support Center.
