    <description>&lt;P&gt;My small square terminal is stuck in offline mode, even if it says I'm connected to my internet. Normally I check clients out with my computer which is connected to the terminal, but because it's in offline mode it won't go through and I've been having to use the app on my phone.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/634010"&gt;@Vicc&lt;/a&gt;. &amp;nbsp;Sorry to hear this. &amp;nbsp;First, have you tried the troubleshooting steps in this &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/6537-square-terminal-troubleshooting" target="_self"&gt;Help Document&lt;/A&gt;? &amp;nbsp;It sounds like you might have to resort to a factory reset of your Terminal, and the steps for this are also contained in that document, if all else fails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If none of that works, it would be worth a call to the &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/contact?panel=FAB456B04971&amp;amp;skip_unit_select=true" target="_self"&gt;Support Team&lt;/A&gt; to see if they have any further ideas. &amp;nbsp;Also, I should ask if your Terminal is still under warranty? &amp;nbsp;If so, and nothing else works, you could initiate a warranty claim. &amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5148-square-hardware-limited-warranty-and-returns" target="_self"&gt;Here’s the link to that information&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best of luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
