Hi all.

Question...

We want to have a pre approved payment of £500 as a form security deposit. Not take the payment, but know it's available to us.

I know it can be done, but how???

Hi @vivera, welcome to the Seller Community.

Pre-approval for card payments is a feature request. As soon as your customer enters the card details or inserts their card, the payment will be processed immediately. A workaround would be to charge your customer's card and refund the payment if you wish to release the deposit. However, please note that a refund can be done within one year.

How do I get Pre-approval for card payments as a feature request? We don't want to take the funds, just know that we can.
