&lt;P&gt;To issue a refund for an order made on your Square Online site:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;In your &lt;A href="https://square.online/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Square Online Overview page&lt;/A&gt;, go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Orders&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select the order in question.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Cancel Items&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;In the pop-up window, toggle on &lt;STRONG&gt;Cancel remaining items in this order&lt;/STRONG&gt; to cancel and refund the entire order. By toggling it off, you can cancel and refund only part of the order by entering the refund amount.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Toggle &lt;STRONG&gt;Notify customer by email&lt;/STRONG&gt; as needed.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Cancel Item&lt;/STRONG&gt; to issue the refund.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I tried to partially refund an order but there was insufficient balance in our square account so it was cancelled. Now I have sufficient funds it won't let me refund it because it says its already refund. How can I override this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you didn't have sufficient funds in your Square balance at the time of refund, we would debit it from your linked bank account. If you see the status as completed, it means the funds returned to your customer's card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
