&lt;P&gt;If you would like to accept payments for bookings using &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/gb/en/article/5354-square-appointments-guide" target="_blank"&gt;Square Appointments&lt;/A&gt;, then use you would need to use a Square device like the Square Reader or Manual Card Entry via the &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/gb/en/article/6758-accept-payments-from-your-computer-with-square-appointments#:~:text=Navigate%20to%20Calendar%20from%20your,prompts%20to%20complete%20the%20sale." target="_blank"&gt;Appointments app/dashboard&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You cannot process payments using hardware from another company at this time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could still use the Appointments system for in-person sales and then tender the bookings as cash, and process the payment through your other payment processor.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
