Coupon code add at checkout weebly

Hi I have created a coupon code but when I go through the checkout stages there is no box to add the coupon? Is there something obvious I'm doing wrong as this is very frustrating

@timcooke evening Tim, are you using Square Online or the original Weebly? If using Square Online you should be able to apply the coupon code in the basket or at the checkout, see the screen shot below from Square Online. Under the order summary section you can add a coupon. Hope this is of help

Hi I signed up through weebly and then it obviously converted to square when they were taken over. My website is https://www.timcooke.uk/scaffurniture.html

You will see when you go to the cart there is no coupon section like square has? Any suggestions?

I see what you mean. I'm a user of the Square Online so less familiar with the Weebly setup. Do you know if it is a function you need to activate from your dashboard or is related to the template you are using? Might be worth taking a look there. Also I couldn't on your site when I added an item. They may be something you have specified in your template.

I understand that the Weebly and Square communities have be merged so there may be a more Weebly savvy user could step in here.

Hey @timcooke, just got word back from our team.

The coupon code section on their checkout becomes available once you create a coupon code on your dashboard. However, please note that since you are using our legacy hosting pricing, you must upgrade to our Business plan in order to utilize the feature.
