    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! We have really embraced Square and now have 2 registers in our Bar, one in our Cafe, a Terminal on Reception and a Reader in case of emergency!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My issue is that my Reader and Terminal are not identified as separate "devices" in my device list, so I can't check how much activity has come from those sources.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I run the reader through an iPhone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They are all logged into my Square account so (I assume!) the payments are coming to my bank account, but its hard to tell...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All help gratefully received.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In order to &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/gb/en/article/3824-track-payments-by-device" target="_blank"&gt;track your transactions by device&lt;/A&gt;, you need to make sure you set up a different device nickname for each Point of Sale and devices you have. To do so, please follow the steps below:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Login to your&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/business/devices" target="_blank"&gt; Dashboard &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Account settings&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Business information&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Devices&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. Click on the three dots for the device and set up a nickname for each of them&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you have set up a nickname, you can filter the transactions by device from &lt;STRONG&gt;Transactions&lt;/STRONG&gt; section on your &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard" target="_blank"&gt;Online Dashboard&lt;/A&gt;. You can go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Sales Summary&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; click &lt;STRONG&gt;Advanced Options&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; filter by &lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
