How to restrict coupon usage

Hi there, was wondering if this functionality is already possible or something that can be added.

I have a coupon on my site that gives you £X amount off an eligible item. However I only want to allow it to be used on QTY 1 of that item, any additions of that item to the basket will be charged at full price. So I want to set a maximum discount amount allowed in the basket.

This functionality would be a feature request, unfortunately. Only one discount rule can be applied at a time.

The closest thing to do would be to limit the coupon to one per customer and then set a base amount so that they can't add more than one. You would need to have coupons for each item in order for it to work the way you want it to.
