Hey @Dizzylizzy - hard to know where your phone/reader is getting stuck on the pairing bit. What lights are showing on your reader?

This is the Square video on pairing with your phone - hopefully it's helpful, but shout if there's still trouble pairing!

Hi @Dizzylizzy, welcome to the Seller Community! You can try the troubleshooting steps outlined in our Support centre. Please make sure your reader is fully charged before you try again. You should see 4 green lights when it is charged.

I cant seem to get 4 green lights only 4 white light but it should be fully charged

@Dizzylizzy, I had a look at your other posts and it looks like you are trying to pair a Sumup reader. Please contact Sumup for help as this is a third party company reader.

Square Reader flashes red or green lights only. We'll be happy to help you with Square hardware in this forum.
