Epos Now Ethernet Printer Link With Square

Hi all, I'm looking to connect a old EPOS NOW Ethernet Printer to my square (Model: POS80GXa) system. The Idea is that we have a till in the table area and any drinks added to the saved ticket will be printed to the printer at the bar. I figured out how to only do it from one device and only specific categories which is great, but I am unable to connect the EPOS Now printer to the till. The options given are between the Epson and star printer but is there a way to bypass this and connect to the Epos Now printer.

I have tired both epson and star with the ip address given by the Epos now printer but no luck.

Have you checked if your printer is listed on our compatibility page? If it is not listed, it is likely that that specific model of printer is not currently functional with our hardware.

If it is listed and you are still having problems connecting the device, can you try running through some Printer Troubleshooting steps and let me know how you get on? I'd be happy to further investigate on my end if the issue persists.
