SSL Certificate Connection?

Hello!

I do hope someone can help me please, because I really don't understand! 😭

I have a domain and SSL certificate with a third party. The domain seems to connect okay to my Square site when I connect it, however when I visit my site, it says it's not secure on the web address?

When I actually type in my web address into a new tab, it even comes up telling me to turn back because the website is not secure.

The SSL certificate is linked to my domain on the third party site, so should it automatically be connected when I connect my domain to my Square website, or do I need to manually connect the SSL certificate separately somewhere else?

Any help would be much appreciated. I have no idea about this sort of thing and just want to get my website up and running safely. ☹️

I can take a look here, can you share a link to your site? Who is your host?

And when did you last connect your domain to Square? If it was in the last 24 to 48hrs it would explain the not secure message as this is expected.

I'll keep an eye out for your response.

I've literally just gone onto my site to copy the link and I finally have the lock!

Ever so sorry to trouble you, I had a lot of issues trying to get it and when it didn't work I was ready to give up! 😩
