    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Showbizmanager,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for providing the photo - honestly not sure what the White LEDs mean, have not seen that one.&amp;nbsp; As the Community is not the same as Tech Support, we can toss out some suggestions.&amp;nbsp; My feeling is your reader may need replaced if doing a "hard reset' has no affect but, then again, I'm not Tech Support.&amp;nbsp; Perhaps others here have some thoughts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Below are some notes on the LEDs:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Square Reader LEDS:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* Four green lights—battery is fully charged&lt;BR /&gt;* Three green lights—battery is 75% charged&lt;BR /&gt;* Two green lights—battery 50% charged&lt;BR /&gt;* One solid red light—battery 25% charged&lt;BR /&gt;* One blinking red light—battery is low and charge immediately&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* If your reader is completely out of battery, you will see two scrolling red lights when you reconnect your reader to power and it initiates charging.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* You'll see a small amber (yellow) light at the bottom of the reader when charging is in progress.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* Hard Reset your Square Reader - Hold down the power button for approximately 20 seconds. The lights on your Square Reader will flash orange, then red, and then they will stop flashing.&amp;nbsp; Do not let go of the power button until after the red lights have stopped flashing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Three white lights and a yellow light</title>
