&lt;P&gt;Mmh, it sounds like your customer may have downloaded a browser app, such as Google Chrome or Safari on their phone. This allows you to input your website's URL and view your online shop directly. I think any browser app would allow you to do this, though!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend asking your customer directly and hopefully, they'll be able to provide some clarity. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
