Reducing online prices

Hi All,

I want to reduce some prices on my website but display the old price crossed out. Like this:

£5 now £4

I was able to do this previously but now I can't find the option to do this. Is it a plus feature as I was previously on the plus trial?

Sale price indicators are still included in the free plan as far as I'm aware.

Have you got the setting enabled in Item Preferences > Sales price indicator?

I believe that should get you the £5 now £4.
