Unclear about Square online processing costs when using Weebly

I'm setting up a Weebly site for a small charity that wants to sell a couple of items online and accept donations. Planning to use Square to process payments but can't see anwhere what the trasaction charges will be - seems to suggest 2.5% but when you sign up for Squareup direct it says 1.4%.

Can anyone help and explain please?

The fees would be 1.4% + 25p for UK cards and 2.5% + 25p for non-UK cards for our online payment products, including Square eCommerce API, Square Online, Online Checkout Subscription Payments and purchases of Digital Gift Cards.
