Hello Square World,

I have a question... We have just started using the automated contracts for services at our beauty salon.

I was wondering if I can turn OFF email notifications when a contract has been sent out but keep on the email notification for when a contract has been signed?

At the moment, there isn't a way to customize the type of emails using the Contracts feature. I'll pass your feedback over to our team, as I can definitely see why being able to streamline your email notifications would be helpful to you and your business.

Help me TURN OFF email notifications for contracts. I have admins managing this platform for client bookings/invoicing and do not want to share these details with team members. Please help! This is important.

Unfortunately there's no way to customize email notifications for Square Contracts at the moment. I understand how this feature could be useful so I invite you to file a feature request on our Ideate page, which is monitored by our Product team.

We'll let you know if this feature is ever released.
