Customise display name on Emails

Hi, is there a way to edit the display name shown when a customer receives a notification/confirmation from my site ? E.g when the customer receives a order confirmation, i would like it to display as (Site name) Order, when a order update comes through it would display as (site name) Order update and so on ?

Hi @MUDE 👋

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to change the title of the automatic emails that are sent out at this time.

It's still not possible to edit emails related to orders outside of what you see in the Communications settings.

You can reach this page by opening your Square Online overview page > Communications > Email & Text Alerts.

If you would like to edit these emails past what is available here, that would currently be considered a feature request.
