In this Support Article, you will find what you are able to customize on Square Receipts. However, you are not able to change the layout of the receipt or where pieces of information are located in the receipt format.

Thanks @_Violet . Actually we have integrated woocommerce store with square pos. We are placing orders on woocommerce store and as you now its important for us to print the customer name in square pos. I agree, we cannot customize the receipt layout.

I am asking if there is any way, we can show customer name in the post receipt when some one place an order directly from store or from any other system which is integrated with square POS

Thanks for clarifying - unfortunately there isn't an automatic way to have the customer's name appear on the printed or digital receipt at the moment if you add the customer from your directory to the sale.

You can use the Custom Text field to input this information, but this would be a manual process.
