Hi, I use the Square Retail app on my tablet and have the Square Terminal to process card payments etc.

I am considering replacing my old Cash Draw (not from Square, but from Ebay) I have to currently open this manually.

Would the Cash draw open when a transaction is made, please note that my POS is on my tablet so there is no USB ports, It would need to be Bluetooth or connect somehow to the Square Terminal.

Hey @BensDogWalking - you can get BT cash draws but these wouldn't be comparable with the terminal.

Do you have a network connection that you can use? The best option is often getting a cheap network receipt printer (you don't need to actually print receipts on it). You can then connect a cheap cash draw to the printer, and this will be controlled through the network, via the printer and ping open when you need it!

Could work with both your tablet and terminal.

If you do just want a bluetooth one then check out the Star mPop. Best keeping an eye out on eBay.
