Prices

Hi everyone

I'm trying to set up my ordering page and will be setting up different prices for the shop and online. However, when I previewed the online page, the shop price is crossed out with a new higher price for online purchases. Please can someone talk me through how i can "hide" the shop price from the online page.

Hi there, @NPN!

In order to remove the sale price from your website, you will need to follow these steps:

1.) Go to your Online Dashboard (this is where you manage your Square Website)

2.) Click on "Items"

3.) Click on "Item Preferences"

4.) Where it says "Item Statuses" you will see "Sale Indicator"

5.) Click "Edit" in the right hand corner

6.) Toggle the "Sale Indicator" off (It should be gray instead of blue)

This will only show your full price for your items on your website if you follow these steps.
