How to add additional users

I want to allow two other people to use my Square account because it’s for a charity so it needs to be available for more than one person to use to take payments/donations. How do I add them?

We have a few different options here.

Would you like each user to have an individual profile with a name and specific permissions? For instance, with Square Staff, you can assign roles like 'Amy, Shopkeeper' or 'Alison, Manager.' This setup allows each person to have their own login credentials and access the account on the app from their phone.

Alternatively, if the main goal is for multiple users to log in and take payments without personalised profiles, we can generate a device code. This will allow them to log in from their phone and process payments under your account. Multiple devices can take payments simultaneously without any issues.
