&lt;P&gt;If you get this error message on your Online Overview Page, it usually means that your Square account is not activated for card processing yet. I'd suggest reviewing our support article &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/gb/en/article/5123-square-get-started-guide" target="_self"&gt;Get Started with Square&lt;/A&gt; to make sure you've completed all the necessary steps of your account creation.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can also check which steps need to be completed from the home page of your Dashboard:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/701926"&gt;@AdloJewelry&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- welcome to the forum!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm gonna be a bit annoying I think, but as this is part of your account set up I think it's going to be quickest to give Square a call.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There can be several different bits that all need to be filled in and active, so rather than a ping pong of "have you tried" &amp;amp; "check this bit"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT color="#3366FF"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Call Square Support on 0800 098 8008, Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can use the callback option if there is a wait.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
