Specifying the Order of Items in Categories

I am trying to find the functionality to specify the order in which items appear in a category.

I can't find this functionality anywhere. Can someone please tell me where it is.

From the dashboard:

Online / Items / Site Categories

Click on the relevant category

Rearrange

Hold on the grid of dots on the left of the item and drag to new position
