Hi we use Gift cards and it's shown up some clear balances on a report. Do you know how I can find out those clear balance transactions?

Are you trying to clear out balances on gift cards? Or find gift cards that were used? Or a screenshot of the report?

@JRyan27B couple of places you can find reports which you may be able to filter to get the right report. Head to the dashboard, under under gift cards yo will see an overview. Select the filter button next to card type and filter away.

Alternatively under the overview title there is a link to additional gift card reports. Select this and you will see an export link top right hand corner and you can export the data here, the detail csv export will show the following data. This looks like the best route for you.

Last Reload Date

Last Used Date

Current Outstanding Amount
