Verify if any appointments were manually booked by checking the "Booked by" column in the Appointments Admin.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG data-stringify-type="bold"&gt;Processing Time&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;: Ensure that the services do not utilize "processing time," which can sometimes lead to overlapping bookings.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Double Booked for one space</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We run a massage studio. There are two therapists available for online booking. We only have one room. I recently upgraded to Premium (30 day trial) to see how it can work that if &lt;STRONG&gt;one therapist is booked, the other becomes not available due to there only being one room.&lt;/STRONG&gt; To do this, I :&lt;BR /&gt;1) Created each service as a resource assigned to the one studio.&lt;BR /&gt;2) I&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;went to&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/appointments/business/settings" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;Settings&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Calendar &amp;amp; Booking&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;"Allow multiple services to be booked online"&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; toggled off......&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;need this to not double book the room. How can I fix this? Clients are still being double booked into our one room.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
