Permissions setup to allow 2 Full-Access Team Members

We are a very simple organisation with:

An account Owner with full access - that's set up.
A team of 50 who use payment terminals to take transactions ONLY - Teams permission set up
A Financial Controller with full access (so that he can reconcile reports with our bank statements) - that cannot be set up without getting embroiled with "Advanced Access".

I've given up with Square Support who do not understand this.

I've given up with the online support because it contradicts what the system says.

Any ideas how this can be set up?

As for your permissions question, I understand you'd like the Financial Controller to have full access, in addition to the Account Owner, while the rest of your team members share a permission set with the same level of access as one another. Because more than one person can't be listed as the account owner at the same time, and share the same permission set, you'd have to create a separate permission set for the Financial Controller. Additionally, you'd have two separate permission sets for the Financial Controller and the rest of the team, and this would indeed require an Advanced Access subscription.
