&lt;P&gt;Here's how you can do it:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If team members are not seeing the option to enable Tap to Pay, there are a couple of thing here:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Ask them to double check that &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/us/en/compatibility?platform=iOS&amp;amp;brand=Apple&amp;amp;model=iPhone%2011%20Pro" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;their device is on the compatibility list&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Confirm that their permission is setup correctly. You can check this on &lt;A href="https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/team/permissions" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;your Square Dashboard &amp;gt; Staff &amp;gt; Team &amp;gt; Team Permission.&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you click into the permission you've set up, you will be able to check and uncheck permission set as needed.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Something to keep in mind when checking permission: try scrolling down to&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Account &amp;amp; Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;. From here, enable the permission and&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;uncheck everything&lt;/STRONG&gt; except&amp;nbsp;"Configure hardware settings". Saved the change and asked your staffs to try again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
