A card reader or point of sale system isn't required to process payments through Square, but here's some tips to keep in mind so you can successfully process your sales:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To manually enter a card payment, you'll need to have the complete card number, expiration date, security code/CVV, and the billing postal code.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If any part of the payment card information is entered incorrectly, &lt;STRONG&gt;the card will be declined&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It’s not possible to manually enter card payments while processing offline payments.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I just signed up to Square and I understood I could take payments over the phone. I have tried but did not work. All card are denied. I really need to get the machine?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
