Setting up subscription

Hi,

We have a website with godaddy and use their website builder. We now have squareup as a payment option and have processed off payments no problem but we need to have the option for people to pay in 4 equal instalments. I created a payment link for the subscription for 4 monthly payments but when I try to setup the subscription it says Verifying You Identity then takes me to select what hardware we want to purchase. We only require online payments so click to skip this bit and then it loops back to the dashboard. I have completed all verification checks and have already had money transferred to our account but this subscription side it really bugging me. Anyone else have this problem?

Can you give us your website URL so I can check it out? Most likely the subscription hasn't been fully set up.

I have the payment button on there but when click on it I just get this business is not accepting payments. On the setup under payment links the link I have created shows it as monthly then at the bottom it says "To edit plans and manage subscription details, go to Subscriptions" If I click on subscriptions thats when it comes up with verifying identity and then offers me point of sale hardware.

I had an email from Square Support and they said I should use recurring invoices but thats not really what we need. We need something where a customer clicks the payment button, enters their details and is then automatically billed monthly.
