&lt;P&gt;Usually, you can find voided payments and attempted refunds by following these steps:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P data-start="148" data-end="244"&gt;Log in to your Square Dashboard at &lt;A class="cursor-pointer" target="_new" rel="noopener" data-start="187" data-end="243"&gt;squareup.com/dashboard&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI data-start="246" data-end="316"&gt;
&lt;P data-start="249" data-end="316"&gt;Go to Transactions (sometimes called Sales &amp;gt; Transactions).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI data-start="318" data-end="428"&gt;
&lt;P data-start="321" data-end="428"&gt;In the search bar, enter the customer’s name, receipt number, or transaction amount if you remember it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P data-start="433" data-end="518"&gt;Locate the original payment and click on it to open the full transaction details.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P data-start="523" data-end="664"&gt;Scroll down to see if there is a refund attempt listed under the transaction. If the refund was voided or failed, it will often show:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P data-start="670" data-end="689"&gt;"Refund Failed"&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can someone please let me know how to find the voided repayments in Square? I attempted to repay a client cancellation through the Square platform but it wouldn't let me do it and didn't give&amp;nbsp; a reason why. I'd like to go back and look at the details of those voided repayments but I don't know where to find them.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
