Is it possible to use Square as a point of sale to accept payments in other countries?

I'm a speaker and travel for my work. I sell my book while traveling. Can I use Square to accept payments while traveling?

Thanks for getting in touch!

While we'd love to be able to offer border-less transactions, at the moment your Square reader and account is only able to be used to take payments from within Australia - this is due to the fact that every country has different laws and regulations surrounding who can take a credit card payment in that country, and what conditions needs to be met for this to happen. So while you've been approved for credit card processing facilities in Australia, unfortunately we're not able to extend this to other countries.
