Manage your invoicing business from anywhere with the dedicated Square Invoices app. The app is available on both iOS and Android and free to download with no monthly fees.

In addition to all the invoicing functionality that is available in the Square Point of Sale app, the Square Invoices app includes the ability to create, send and manage estimates to confirm future jobs. Invoices and estimates are free to send, and you can schedule reminders, request deposits, and track the status right from the app.

The Square Invoices app can be installed on any smartphone device running the most recent version of Android or iOS. Tablet support isn’t currently available but will be coming soon. The Square Invoices app is synced with your Square account so all you have to do is download the app and sign in.

To download the Square Invoices app:

On your mobile device, go to the Apple App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices) and search for Square Invoices. You can also tap the buttons below on your mobile device.
If you’re using an iOS device, tap Get, or tap Install if you’re using an Android device.
Once the download is complete, open the app and either create an account or sign in with your existing Square account.

With Square Invoices, you can send unlimited invoices and estimates for free with no monthly fees. Just pay 2.2% for processing when customers pay an invoice online using a debit or credit card.
