Hi Seller Community,

The world has changed. Restaurants have shifted to take away and delivery, then reopened with reduced capacities and outdoor seating. Today the Victorian Government announced a six week return to a Stage 3 lockdown in Melbourne and some other areas of the state. Businesses that have only recently reopened will again return to take away and delivery only.

Every location is different. Every business has different needs, and different opportunities. The goal of the Seller Community is to help sellers everywhere grow and run their business (with our products or otherwise). We’re proud that Square has responded by quickly building features like staggered pickup and delivery options, releasing a Stand for new iPads to enable contactless payments on more devices, and continued to release new features for Online Stores.

We also know that we can’t impact every area of businesses that needs to change to succeed in this new landscape. So for that reason we want to ask:

What work does your business need done to succeed during/after COVID?
