Why can we not access the balances activity page from the side menu any longer. Have to find it via search now. I originally had it pinned in my menu. Am I the only one who looks at this report daily? After all, it's the ONLY place I can find the dreaded (and ridiculous) gift card load fee amount for the day.

Hello @jthorvaldson !

Yeah, the new menu layout has removed the pinned items so many of us have grown to love over the years. There's been a lot of chatter in the community plus this Ideate feature request thread to ask for the quick links back. (I definitely recommend putting your 2¢ into that thread as well!)

For now, I've started bookmarking specific pages in my browser to replicate the old pinned links. It's clunky but seems to get the job done.

The new balance activity page is Dashboard -> Banking -> Balance -> [your location] FYI.

Thanks for the link to report this. Unfortunately for me, the balance is no longer listed under Banking like it used to be. The only way I can find it now is in the search feature.
