Having trouble viewing my square online store.

I created a full store with square. Set it all up and have shared the link to my store. No one can view it from the link whether it be from a pc or mobile. That includes me. The only way I can see it is if I sign in. When anyone clicks on it, it says connection not found or this site is not safe, hackers may be trying to intercept. I cannot proceed to the store at all.

How do I fix this? I am losing sales because of it.

Looking at your DNS records through who.is, it looks like your site isn't pointing to Square's IP address at the moment.

Please try to re-publish your website as well. While we can't look into your Square Online settings further via our community forum, this is something support can help you out with!

I have fixed things up. Not with this specific issue though. I do not have my own domain. I used a free square domain. I do not want my own domain. I should not have to do what you have suggested.
