I have been through and set up my recipt on line but when I print a recipt / tax invoice it does not look like what I have set up?

Sorry to hear about the trouble with your receipts! Did you customise your receipts here, and how are you printing the receipts- e.g via a receipt printer, or an office printer? What does your receipt look like?

Yes, I did the customise there and I am printing on a receipt printer.

Thanks for confirming, @AWS1!

The preview on the receipts page, shows you what the digital receipt looks like, while the printed receipt will look a bit different. Printed receipts would be black and white, and don't display a map, for example. Please let us know which particular aspects you're missing on your printed receipts.
