      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've searched the Help database and can not find anything on how to issue and track store credits issued to customers in lieu of a Refund or Offer to be used at a later date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please give me guidance on this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
