Fees per item

Hi team,

Not sure if this is the most appropriate area but here goes. Has anyone one any idea how I could find the fees paid in regard to a particular item in the POS dashboard. I can find fees in total for the week in a category but I want to isolate a particular items fees on sale. Maybe a bit obscure but I thought I'd try. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your messaging and welcome to the community!

I took a look into this for you and couldn't find a way to specifically generate total fees on a per-item basis, though it's something you could work out manually by calculating the fee on an individual item, then multiplying it by how many items you've sold.

This may be easy or a little more complicated depending on what sort of payments you're taking. Eg a card present payment will be 1.9% or 1.6% depending on which device you're using, an online or manually keyed transaction would be 2.2%. Cash sales won't attract any fees.

What does your current setup look like? Are you taking a combination of card-present, manually keyed and cash transactions or just one type of payment?
