Variations not working

I am a big user of variations but tonight I have an item that refuses to be seen online as a variation.

I am selling buttons, same size and make and in 16 different colours. For some reason, Square sees the variation, manages the variation, but will not accept the photos or the names.

I have checked all my other variations - working. No settings are different, its just not happening.

Any thoughts?

This definitely sounds odd, @mhweft! When you have a moment, can you clear your browser's cache, and try saving this again? Please let us know how you go!

I have 4 variations I’ve made for a booking but only 3 are showing through the booking site. I’ve cleared my cache, logged out and back in but it’s still only showing 3.

Just check that you don't have a "regular" variation sitting at the top of the list. If so, try renaming it to you first variation.

The other thing that sometimes works is just re-typing the variation names. It shouldn't make a difference but....
