Does anyone know why I don't see the Google Business Profile banner?

I've set up my account, my online website, everything.

I am in a free plan, but in the article it says the free plan gets this too.

Why can't I add my business to Google?

I am with a free plan and not an online business.

Are you just trying to get your business listed so it shows up on Google Maps ? If yes, you can do that direct by yourself. We had a Google Business Profile and show on Google Maps - we did that a long time ago before using Square. Maybe this will help. Check out the FAQs.
