Why would a different business name (not linked but close by ) show on customers bank transactions?

I noticed it's your first post, welcome to our community 👋

Are your customers seeing this when making payments via Apple Pay, or Google Pay? Sometimes digital cards can pick up nearby businesses when a payment is made. Even though the wrong business name might be displayed when they look at their payment history in their wallet, their actual bank statement will show your business name. Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Thank you @Arie for your reply, next time it happens, I will make a note of how customers have paid for items, but thinking about it yes it is via their phones rather than a card. I will ask them to check their bank statements.
