&lt;P&gt;We're sorry to hear about the frustrating experience with your Square Terminal. It's a good idea to give your Terminal a reset when this happens. On your Terminal:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Tap More.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select Settings &amp;gt; Hardware.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Tap General &amp;gt; About Terminal.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Factory Reset &amp;gt; Confirm Factory Reset.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Tap Reset one last time. From here the countdown will begin and your Terminal will reset.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Next, you'll want to sign back into your Terminal with your email address and password.
